Functionality Limitations

The time-limited demo version of StrokeReader is provided for testing purposes with the following limitations:

You will need to remove the demo software after the 10-day trial period from your PC or purchase a fully functional version of the ActiveX;
The demo version is not intended for continuous tx/rx operations. You will need to reload the ActiveX every two hours;
The GetPortsAvailable() call and the PortsAvailable property always return the fixed list of serial port numbers: 1,2,3,5. They do not list the real ports that are available on your PC;
The SetNullSubst is not available;
The RecvIntervalTimeout property is not available;
The CtsFlow / DsrFlow properties are not available;
The SetBreak() function is not available;
The RecvSizeThreshold property is not available.
