Strokescribe software refund policy

Our products available for purchase are downloadable, functional with some limitations, and try-before-you-buy. We provide a 20 day free trial period to evaluate our products before making a purchase decision.

We strongly recommend to use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. Our software does not require registration to enable its primary functionality.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared, you will receive an email with your license key(s) to activate the software. Once this information is sent to you, no refunds will be given.

If, due to technical difficulties or incompatibilities, the software will not function, and only within 30 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus order processing/banking fees. Upon receiving the refund, you must uninstall any software products for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. We reserve the right to disable any product keys issued to you for the refunded products.
